Colleges at Oxford

I'm a year 13 student applying to the University of Oxford for biochemistry this year. How do I choose which college to apply to? Would the college I apply to affect my chances of getting an offer from the university? I'm not really familiar with the differences between the colleges at Oxford (aside from how the campus looks like)
