Keesler AFB or Travis AFB

I just got my order for my first duty station to Keesler. I am currently in tech school. Someone in my class is willing to trade with me for Travis AFB. My wife and I are tying to Decide which state/base will be better to raise our two small children. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
