Multiple transactions but only one credited back for local dining credit, did I do it wrong?

Hi,

I don't have any nearby restaurants for dining credit and my local Ivy isn't on the list but I was in London over the weekend so visited their West Street branch which is and grabbed £150 in gift cards.

I'm not quite sure why, but they put them through as two separate transactions; £100 and £50 and I now have two gift cards but I notice only the £100 transaction has been credited. I can't see anything in the T&Cs (https://www.americanexpress.com/en-gb/benefits/diningbenefit/Terms-and-Conditions-GB.pdf) about multiple transitions on the same day or anything, but before I try to raise this with Amex is there anything I've missed?
