DF-DFERH-01 error on Play Store

I moved back to Android recently and I've been getting this error message on the Play Store homescreen. I can still search and download apps and use all the other functions but the main screen that shows recommended apps and has the tabs at the bottom gives the error and doesn't load in. I've tried:

*Clearing app data/cache on Google Play, Google Play services, Google Play framework, and download manager *Uninstalling Play Store updates (this works for a little while until the Play Store auto updates and it breaks again) *Removing old payment options and deleting older payment profiles

*Resetting advertising ID

It's worth noting that every other profile on my phone (work email, test email) has no problem with this and loads in the latest Play Store update just fine, it's only my main email that I've used for 15 years that has issues. Any help with this would be really appreciated, I wanna go back to Android but I don't want to make a new email to do it.
