FRIGIDAIRE IS THE WORST
We bought a frigidaire top freezer fridge December 2024, just for the compressor to leak one month later. The technician came by and told us that this is likely a manufacturing problem because it should not be leaking after 1 month. Called the manufacturer and they said that they will not replace it but we would have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for the part to be shipped. This is so crazy. So I asked that we be compensated for lost food and for the weeks we will mot have a fridge. They then said they don't do compensation. I told them that I know that's a lie and to go ask their higher ups to come up with something. Then they got back to me saying that they might have something and to follow up in 24 to 48 hours.
Not sure what to do at this point. We live in Canada, and not sure what the process is to file a complaint about the manufacturer
