Is it safe to use this outlet near my electrical panel?

Hey everyone,

I’m planning to move my home internet router and my home security hub (it’s a router-looking device) into my basement. I noticed there’s an outlet right next to my electrical panel (as shown in the pics) and was thinking about plugging both devices into it.

My question is: Are these outlets safe for regular use like plugging in a router and security hub, or are they typically reserved for electricians and should stay unused?

Would love to hear any advice or safety concerns I should be aware of! Thanks in advance!
