If you vote by mailing an absentee ballot, will you be able to get an "I Voted" sticker?

 I am originally from another county in Georgia and currently living in Athens, so I opted to mail in an absentee ballot to make it easier for myself. It is my first time voting, and I hoped to get that sticker as a memory!
