Nipple piercing

Soooo I have a fantasy of being tied up and having my nipples pierced. I have let friends pierce my ears before, it’s been fine.

1) are there resources/supplies to do this safely?

2) has anyone ever let their Dom/friends pierce their nipples before? How did it heal?
