8 Weeks Postpartum: Struggling with Bounce-Back Culture & Looking for Workout Advice
Hi, I’d love to hear about your favorite postpartum at home workouts. I’m 8 weeks postpartum and still look very pregnant, which has been really hard for me. Social media perpetuates this “bounce-back” culture, where it feels like everywhere I look, women are quickly fit and back to their pre-pregnancy bodies as if nothing happened. It’s unrealistic, especially when I’m still adjusting to my postpartum body and trying to heal.
I know every journey is different, and I just want to focus on losing weight and working out in a healthy way. Any recommendations would mean a lot.
