Can I wear an eyepatch

Hey y’all so I am very new to the game like very new and I was wondering if I can let my character wear an eyepatch and if so wear can I get one. I think eyepatches are cool and I want my character to have one. Idc if it gives me a debuffs i just ❤️ role playing
