Unrepresented Home Buying
Newbie question
What are some issues going unrepresented in a home buy deal, and request seller agent to complete the paper work(with a 1% or lesser fee)
I assume, i will anyway need to hire an inspector for a thorough inspection of the house! And as for the disclosures, I am willing to spend time to read through the documents if required.
Or am i too stupid to think this process is easy!!
