Looking to start - where do I begin?
Hi all!
I'm 25F, looking to get more fit/healthier. I'm a big walker, I love walking and can go for a 5-8km walk in one go pretty easily. I've always wanted to start running but I get tired pretty quickly and notice that my calves start to hurt pretty fast (lol not sure why, could be the way I run considering I put more pressure on my feet if that makes sense). I was wondering how I should start getting into running? I've looked into apps like Joggo, but not too sure if it's worth it or not? I'm mainly doing this as a means to get healthier but also lose some weight.
Any advice would be appreciated! :)
I should also add that I have no health concerns, would consider myself an average (maybe slightly above) weight for my age and height.
