Destro as Doctor Doofenschmirtz and Izuku as Perry the Platypus

"Ah, Izuku Midoriya," Destro grinned, rubbing his hands together as he stared down the rope-bound UA student. "How nice of you to drop in. I'd offer you a warm welcome and some tea, but you seem quite tied up at the moment."

Izuku mutely stared down the crazed villain. He wondered briefly why he had agreed to All Might's proposal to go after this maniac. He could be busy with Mei and Bakugou right now working on that secret roller coaster project that the trio were working on. But nooooo. Instead he was forced to go after some lunatic who would do who knew what to him.

Destro's spirits didn't seem the least bit affected by his prisoner's lack of words. He simply grinned on and turned to stare out the nearby window at the cloudy sky. "I'm sure you're wondering what I have planned. Well, I'll gladly tell you. I plan to take over the entirety of Japan! How? Simple, with this!" A yank of a nearby tarp revealed some elaborate machine that almost looked like it had been stolen from a comic book. "The Shrink-inator! I will shrink down everyone and everything, so that I will be a titan that no one can dare to stand against!"

A series of loud and fiery explosions filled the air. Destro found himself being knocked away as Izuku watched the villain soar off into the sky. The last thing that he heard was a distant shout of "Curssssee you Izzzuuku Middoriya!"
