Is Skillians(and others for that matter) pay after placement courses a scam?

I have heard that many pay after placement courses engage in scams and collect PAN details to take out loans but Skillians does not take PAN details and I am feeling safer as maybe I won't incur any monetary loss. Is Skillians good or is it a scam as well, if anyone has a history with it and can tell me if it has any shady practices or anything that can make it a scam?
