What are the weirdest formations you guys have found?

Have a custom playbook I've edited a lot and I like playing with a bunch of weird formations. But with so many options to choose from I'm sure I've missed some. What are the weirdest formations you guys use? EX: Monster, Gun Duo (and all it's variations), etc. Formations and setups you just don't really see often.
