Can someone recommend me a good cleaning liquid/something for cleaning.

Okay so I live in a very dusty house, My budget is about 10-25 dollars, I shoot digital but mainly film. I have some microfiber cloths and a lenspen. Also, I'm trying to get the cigarette smell out of camera.
