Looking at an 09 SE with 200k miles

The price is $4400. There is no rust under the car, fresh inspection, 4 new tires, new brakes and rotors, oil change. What should I look out for? I know this is a good deal as long as the engine sounds normal. What do you all think of this deal?

The pics are small but the exterior looks 9/10 and under looks great for the area (Central NY) and year.
