Active duty military Venture X or Chase Sapphire reserve?

Active duty military here. I currently have the Savor One, and wanted to get a more travel oriented credit card, so I narrowed it down to the Venture X and Chase Sapphire Reserve. Since I have the Savor I know I can transfer my cash back to Miles and vice versa. The 2x on everything is also nice on the Venture X. Big negative with the Savor is that the annual fee isn't waived for military. I know the fee on the Chase Sapphire reserve is waived though, so I would be getting all the benefits truly cost free. Just looking for some opinions and insight on what you would do.
