Mis-selling at SBI

I was targeted by customer rep by saying that corporate LTF SBI Prime is being offered with all thr premium benefits. I need to agree to the shared details over phone and then once it goes back to him he'll apply corporate code to make it LTF. I have him agreeing to mentioning this in WhatsApp chat. How should I escalate this at SBI and which escalation matrix should I follow. Customer care is saying drop email to [email protected]. Anyone else whom I should include?
