How hard is it to get into this game?

I downloaded crusaderkings3 on the PS5, I loved settlers and age of empires long time ago and there's not too many strategy games on the PlayStation so I was happy to play this (loved nobunagas ambition, but that game is more or less simple)

It looks good, many historical things

But og I have no idea what is what and what am I doing

It's a bit overwhelming. I'm pressing buttons and marrying everyone and sending men-at-arms to fight but tbh I'm not sure what am I supposed to do

Anyways how long till it clicks?
