Anyone else got a dog with extreme zoomies?

Sometimes he will growl or jump/ grab my jacket, but im not scared of it and he will back off when i say he needs to. He is a 4 yr old bordercollie , and i was just wondering if other ppl have this problem and if its a problem. And ofc zoomies are allowed.
