why this guy, wo wanted the evo devo unit, says that if the q-pid would connect him to everyone else he won't have to imagine America? i mean, he already can speak with other people via the old tech they already have no? (the old tech before the chiral newtwork which connects everyone.) so what's the diffrence to him in that regard? the old tech gave him the same results in the sense of speaking with other people no?)
also, why he says that now he would be able to find terrorists activity where the chiral network is being set? it's about communication which he alrewady had with other people, so he could know about their activity the same way.
