Which kitchen backsplash should I use?

Hi all- I recently bought a place and am looking to update the backsplash. I love green with the dark wood, which shade of green goes better with the space? Or should I go for a warm white/beige backsplash to keep more in theme with my granite countertop?

We have quite a bit of natural light which I have tried to capture with these photos. One thing is for sure - the current backsplash needs to go!
