Which weapons of this season will be craftable in the future?

I remember something about Bungie stating that they will give out craftable versions of seasonal weapons in the next season as like a catch-up mechanic for returning players but I can't find the source anymore.

Which weapons are included in this? Will this just be the new weapons like the sniper, shotgun, and submachine gun or also the reprised weapons like Chroma Rush and Gridskipper?
