I feel like if you can give any gun enhanced perks now, crafted or not, it’s okay to up the power level of enhanced perks.

Title. Enhanced perks are no longer a privilege exclusive to a select few weapons that happened to be craftable. Almost any old gun you pick up can now be enhanced, which is awesome.

Earlier I would have been apprehensive, because certain legendary weapons were already just a bit more “legendary”. But now that it’s more even, enhanced perks could stand to do a bit more. +5 Handling is lame, anyway.
