CIMB 17.5% promo for February 2025

I received this text from CIMB na qualified ako sa 17.5% promo for February. Meron akong ₱50k sa UpSave at ₱3k sa GSave. My question is, pwede ko na ba i-pull out ang ₱50k ko from UpSave > transfer to SeaBank > then transfer sa GSave bukas? If nilabas ko ba yung ₱50k ko from UpSave, makukuha ko pa rin ba yung 15% promo from January?
