How can I better my designs?

It is the first time i tried making designs AND IT TOOK ME FOREVER TO MAKE THE SIMPLEST ONES HERE. when i see how detailed it gets with other players i’m completely impressed. i do not know how to get to their level i feel like it’s impossible. any advice or videos that can help? (i have checked if there is any videos but i didn’t find any)
