Fantasy impact of Deshaun Watson potentially missing the 2025 season

Since we're not able to discuss the fantasy implications in the other thread because everyone says the same thing that isn't relevant to fantasy, how does this injury and the fact that Watson may be done in Cleveland impact players such as Jeudy, Njoku, Tillman etc?

Is this a spot we may see a top QB get drafted to and how do we feel about this situation as a whole moving forward?
