People with evo teams/PNPs etc, how are you setting up your midfield?

Currently running an England setup so my midfielders are quite heavily lacking, get absolutely torn apart every game by Zidane and whatever other high tier midfielder my opponent has. I've tried 433(4) and 4213 which works a bit better (50 depth), but it still feels like I have zero midfield. Any ideas? I've been looking at maybe moving to a flat 433 or a 433(2) to get the extra man in midfield, but I'm not sure even that'll be enough tbh
