I think I F#ckd up

Went playing this game without any guide just for the build I wanted. So finally could defeat the fire giant and went to burn the Erdtree. I was stoked until I saw the round table all burnt, the knight laying on the floor death, the lady who gives hugs and the lady serpent rya disappeared. This means I just lost all those quest lines???
