Hello everyone First time buyer looking for an Escooter to buy that can go 35+ mph

Hello guys ! I’ve been looking for an escooter that can go 35mph or more to purchase soon before the start of college semester. And the only one that got my attention is Solar P1 2.0 but I’m not sure how reliable the scooter is. My budget is 1500$ but I can go up to 2000$ if I’m purchasing quality and great customer service.
