CR Touch Error Please Contact Customer Service

Hello everybody, ive just bought my very first 3D Printer and it was the Ender 3 v3 se, but after ive tried to use it ti came this message. Ive tried a few possible solutions but i havent solve it. Like putting some wd40 in the sensor, update the firmware, disconnect and connect. Someone can give me a hand?. Thanks!!
