does the pain ever stop [New Player]

i have 400 hours over this wipe and last one. i have standard edition (alpha case) and i only play solo. I wanted to try tarkov because i was sick of random teammates in cs2 being jerks. i must say its not going well. in 400 hours i have maybe 40 PMC kills and out of those ive actually been able to loot them maybe 5 times. i die in 4 out of 5 raids to a juiced player with anywhere from 1500-6000 hours. i tend to play slower; only ever sprinting if im wide open. i load up maps offline and try to learn them, and try to practice my mechanics vs scavs. in short, obviously with alpha container and as a solo i am at a massive disadvantage, but it is starting to feel impossible. i have no interest in PvE, i want to be able to hold my own in the real thing... but im not sure thats obtainable. any tips for a newish player whos been getting bullied nonstop?
