Thoughts on this...

Weed is getting way too popular in Addis and Adama/Nazreth in the past 10 years. To the point where the majority of the police know where they are sold but wont bother doing sth about it unless they're specifically told to do so by their supervisors.

I personally think weed is a trashy habit but I don't think people should be jailed for it.

Any thoughts?
