Sleep and skin temperature sl to

Does anyone use their garmins sleep and temperature function for cycle tracking successfully?

Backstory I just ordered a garmin 3S today because I lift heavy weights, hike, and run. I bought an oura ring recently for sleep and cycle tracking (with skin temperature) and I've loved it so far for that purpose. However the workout function is complete garbage hence me getting a garmin.

My question is do I really need both? Or does the garmin accurately measure these things (sleep and temperature) for you guys as well? I'm still within my return period for the oura ring so just wanted some advice!
