Yesterday, I (iPhone user) tried the Pixel for the first time
I purchased the iPhone 15 Pro through pre-order several weeks ago- it came, and I haven't yet opened it. I've been using an iPhone for years- my last android was the Galaxy S3.
Went to BestBuy yesterday to try the iPhone 15 Pro Max (slightly larger). And gravitated to the Android table. Tried the S23 Ultra....and hated it. Went over to the Pixel 7 Pro.....and loved it.
I clearly haven't been on Android for many years, but I was blown away with Pixel- loved the stock Android (dislike One UI), beautiful screen, quick responsiveness (wasn't sure with the Tensor), and comfortable to hold in the hand (not like the iPhone's jagged corners).
This points me in a weird spot- just purchased a new phone with an iPhone history, and I'm in love with the Pixel. My entire family is on iPhone (so yes Facetime), and I do have a Mac (but less important to me), and I wish Apple would just adopt RCS already. Has anyone made a switch similar to mine?
