Reality check: The rebuild is not even 50% done
I know lots of us were hoping for the mix this year but the cold hard facts point towards our rebuild not even being 50% done.
- Our team is the second youngest/games played in the league, this translates into mistakes festival.
2.Most of the prospects obtained during the Hughes/Horton era through selling assets and sucking donkey balls are not with the team. Hutson, Heinemann and Slaf that's it.
This year will be crucial for selling assets, Savard, Dvorak and Matheson could get us some good pics back (we already have two firsts)
We have less center depth than last year. Good old reliable Monahan was replaced by a very very rusty Kirby Dach
We can have the best coaching staff in the world but with this line up and injuries, we are not even close to being done with the rebuild.
