Anyone else getting wrecked by the Illuminate?!?

I’ve been having a hard time getting used to the Illuminates and everything they throw at you. I can clear bug stages and robots on 9 all the time. But with these guys I can’t even get through a level 6 I seem to just get overwhelmed to the point my anti tank emplacements get destroyed or I can’t clear an objective….I know I’m disappointed John Helldiver😞. But do you guys have any suggestions on what guns and stratagems to use? I’m open to any suggestions lol.
