What's with so much kicking

As the title says what is with people kicking so often, little background j just restarted on pc after about 150 hours on ps5 and I'm trying to get back to where I was on there but every time I join a group they usually just kick me immediately after even though I played just fine no team kills not getting in the way and picking up samples, I even got kicked for trying to go and find samples and everyone decided to leave anyways it's just frustrating.
