Will it be passed down through pregnancy?

Hi 21F here. I know I want to have kids in the future and I’ve been really wondering about this for a while. What are the chances this disease can be spread down to my kids? I don’t have any one in my family with the same condition so I’m not sure how passing it down works. I really don’t want to put any future children of mine through what I have to go through on the daily.
