Cost to build in Indiana

I am looking to build this plan of house in northern Indiana and am wondering how much just the house would be with the 3 car garage included and a unfinished basement. I was able to build a home in 2018 with high end finishes for about 110 a sqft and the home is now valued at 1.4 million. I understand that home prices have gone up greatly but do you think it is possible to have this home built for 180-190 a sqft with nice finishes no builder grade stuff all custom and nice. I know this seems outlandish however for what I built my house for in 2018 I feel this would be doable for 600-650k thoughts?
