Billed twice for Mira journey

Hi guys, I‘d appreciate some advice / help here… On the 24th I wanted to buy the Mira journey upgrade for 9.99$. I had my credit card saved from a previous purchase and just hit the purchase button, nothing happened but then I noticed that I still had to enter the security code. After that I hit purchase again and everything worked.

So far so good, but when I checked my bank account just now I saw that they actually billed me twice (So two times 9.99$), and now I‘m not really sure what to do.

I contacted customer support but still haven’t gotten a reply (And from what others said it could take ages or they’ll end up closing the ticket without really helping). Can I just withdraw one of those transactions with my bank or would that get me banned or have other consequences? I‘m so scared of something bad happening that I‘d even be willing to just let it slide and be more careful for potential future purchases, despite knowing that that’s not a good move😭
