Don't take my research for it. Go ahead and ask your fellow shoppers..
Instacart algorithm is backwards..
They take their best shoppers with 5 stars no order issues or anything.. and send then only batches and customers that clearly rate low or tip low to utilize and try and give them the best experience because they understand low tipping customers.. need the best service... for some reason and they're veterans 5 star shoppers will retain and take those customers...
Your 15 order issues and 4.80 ratings shoppers will see the best batches customers who always tip will always rate 5 stars to help the shoppers get back up to 5 stars.. once his account is cleared he is moved to the other side to start over and hope to get a low rating right away
This is how they control the customer experience.. forced work through manipulation of an algorithm
