Advice beyond appreciated!

I'm finishing my 2 contract this year at my first international school after deciding to not extend my contract. I love the country I am in, and kneejerk sent my CV to another school in this city, gaining myself an interview and then a job! I haven't accepted the offer yet, deadline tomorrow.

But now in hindsight I don't think the school is a good match. There's a few red flags and I think I have now decided to move on to a new adventure and a new country.

I had 2 interviews for a school in SE Asia, they told me they would let me know Thursday last week and never got back to me. They have finished for Xmas now and there is a part of me that is wondering if they will get back to me over the hols.

So I'm very afraid of turning down this job and not finding anything else. Have I left it too late in the recruitment process?

Edit- Is accepting the offer and then turning it down at a later date after the hols an absolute no no? There wasn't actually a job advertised, I ending up gaining a job that they hadn't even posted yet
