Help - old 4.0

Volunteering at a nonprofit and they have a really old Laredo 4.0 with 200k+, think it’s an ‘02. I have my own ‘03 4.7 limited so I already know a good amount about the car but never worked on a 4.0.

We are legitimately in the middle of nowhere on an island here - parts are hard to come by but I think Amazon might work. What are some basic things I can do to keep this vic on the road as long as possible for them? Is there anything on the 4.0 that is most likely to give out first that I can do preventative maintenance on?
