Layover

Hello!

I’m looking into booking a flight from Billund to Bordeaux, with a layover in Frankfurt. Both flights will be operated by KLM. There’s no direct flights.

I’m a bit stressed about the layover time, which is only 45 minutes.

If the first flight is delayed, so I miss my second flight, will KLM be responsible to get me on a flight to Bordeaux, since I will be booking my ticket directly through them?

Also, side question: the price is fluctuating a bit atm, right now its around 1800 dkr (around 245 euro) round trip. Does the price in your experience go up or down, the closer we get? I’m looking to book on the 13/16 march.

EDIT - I just saw the layover is in Amsterdam. But KLM is selling the ticket, so they must believe its doable.
