Lenovo Legion 5 15ACH6H temperatures

Hi people I have rtx 3060 and amd ryzen 5 5600 H. My GPU temperatures on auto mode are 84-86(sometimes 87,85). Perfomance is the same(but CPU is around 90). My ryzen temperatures are usually around 80-85 sometimes less on normal. On the internet everyone is saying something different about the temperatures and I am slowly loosing it- I tried DDU, Lifting laptop. Once my laptop fell off on ground and GPU vent was broke. However official lenovo servis fix it and replaced vent for the normal one(Btw I don't know if there was any difference in temperature before.) My games have occasional fps drops(however these are also with lower temperatures). I play games like The Witcher 3 next gen on max without raytracing(on quiet mode temperatures are slightly better- 81 GPU, 79_ CPU, but they are still fps drops in those hard GPU, cpu games.) Ah people sorry Its just- I review games and I don't want to say about games that they have bad optimization when problem is on my side. But I also don't know if there is any problem with my laptop. I don't know if I should use MSI or fancontrol to undervolt my GPU. I just don't know people what to do anymore.(laptop has one year) . Please advice help. People with my type of laptop- what are yours temperatures?
