Which Twin Peaks should I start with?

Never seen any David Lynch film except Eraserhead and I did not like that film at all. But I am into True Crime so thought this could be a film that was right up my alley. However I see multiple films that I was not aware of. Can I please know the order of the films to watch so it rarely spoils anything and maintains continuity?
