I've been here a little over 2 yrs. at returns. You could say I have learned the ins and outs. Today, however I learned, from a customer, that I do not know the difference between card and cash. it did say Visa on his receipt that I scanned, but he definitely paid cash. At least that's what he told me. He then spent the next 4 minutes studying the receipt to see which card he "definitely didn't pay with" 😅
