Is MT07 jerky and twitchy like a 125cc naked?

Ive ridden a 125cc naked, and it was horrible, every gear change the bike would shake, every time I touched the throttle a little bit, the bike would jump in a bad way. I want a bike that accelerates smooth like a car.

So is the MT07 throttle jerky like a 125cc, and does it gear change smoothly?
